Visa Single Entry - Japan

A temporary visit visa (single entry) is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and has a maximum. 90 days to stay in Japan.

Documents to prepare

Documents that need to be completed in applying for a visa

1. Passport.

2. Visa application form and recent photo (4.5 X 3.5 cm, taken within the last 6 months and without background, not edited, and clear/not blurry)

   Please make sure to use Adobe Acrobat Reader to fill in and print out the form with QR Code (PDF)

3. Copy of ID card

4. Copy of Student Card or Study Certificate (only if you are a student)

5. Proof of ticket booking (document that can prove the date of entry and exit from Japan)

6. Itinerary [ download (DOC)] (all activities from entry to exit Japan)

7. Photocopy of documents that can show the relationship with the applicant, such as family card, birth certificate, etc. (If there is more than one applicant)

8. Documents relating to travel expenses:

   If the applicant is responsible for the expenses

   • Photocopy of financial evidence, such as bank statements or passbooks for the last 3 months (if the person responsible for the expenses is not the applicant, such as father/mother, then a document that can prove the relationship with the person responsible for the expenses must be attached).

Attention:

Documents must be arranged in order No. 2 - 8 before being submitted at the counter.
